Logging in for the first time as an admin
From your Shopify store: Go to
Shopify admin -> Apps -> Shipturtle.From our cloud URL: Go to
app.shipturtle.com. Your login credential is emailed to you at the time of installation. Check spam in case you are unable to find it. You can change the password from within the app after logging in.
Forgot Password
In case you forget your password as an admin, you can:
Follow Pt. 1 in the above section to access the app from your Shopify admin.
Use the "
Forgot password" option on the login pageapp.shipturtle.com.
Add or Edit Users and Passwords
Go to Settings -> Users and Permissions
You can add users for both admin and vendor accounts here, and also change passwords.
New users get their login credentials on their email.
