You may want to switch to Shipturtle from:
A different website platform like Woocommerce or Magento (or even a custom build)
A different Shopify marketplace app
In the first case, it is suggested to switch to a Shopify store and migrate products, orders, and customers to it. We offer store migration and development services as well (charged separately). Reach us if you want to integrate Shipturtle with a platform other than Shopify.
Once your Shopify store is ready, it's a breeze to bring all the information to Shipturtle, as follows:
Shipturtle can co-exist with other appsβ
Shipturtle does not interfere with the working of other Marketplace apps on Shopify. Hence, it's easy to work on both while getting ready to migrate. We suggest moving a few vendors first before migrating all.
Migrate products
Shipturtle reads the vendor value in your Shopify product to assign it to a vendor. For example, if a product's vendor is Pawsome Toys, then it will automatically be assigned to the corresponding vendor in Shipturtle.
Migrate vendorsβ
On installation, Shipturtle will automatically prepare a unique list of vendors from the product data as discussed above. Bulk Excel options are available for adding and editing vendor data like social links, warehouse addresses, users, etc.
Migrate ordersβ
All orders placed in the past 3 months are automatically imported into Shipturtle. They will be split per vendor and assigned to the right vendor account.
Migrate commissions and payoutsβ
Commissions can easily be set using Bulk Excel at the product level. Once set, Shipturtle can automatically calculate the commission earned and payout due for all current and past orders. The payment status and reference number for past payouts can be added.
