Introduction
Shipturtle instantly imports all existing products from your store upon installation, a process that usually takes a few minutes depending on the product count. It continuously syncs details like photos, descriptions, categories, vendors, prices, and quantities with your store, ensuring any changes made in your store are automatically reflected on Shipturtle.
While Shipturtle imports most product data from your store, some specific fields require manual input within Shipturtle:
Product Dimensions: Here, enter the box dimensions for shipping purposes, not the individual product dimensions.
Tax % (Optional): This field is only necessary if you want to manage tax within Shipturtle. If you handle tax through Shopify, ignore this field. Refer to the "Managing Taxes Help" article for more details.
Commission: Set commission rates for vendors in a multi-vendor marketplace setup. See the "Managing Product Commissions Help" article for further information.
