If you must, Shipturtle can be uninstalled from Shopify.
It will cancel all active subscriptions. Outstanding payments will be charged to your next Shopify invoice.
Note: If you are under a trial period, the trial will resume if you install the app again.
Pause your subscription:
Pausing a subscription can be beneficial for several reasons. It allows users to address temporary needs, such as financial constraints, while managing their budget without fully canceling.
For services that are only relevant seasonally, pausing can be more economical. Additionally, it gives users a chance to assess the service before committing long-term, retains their data for easier reactivation, and provides the flexibility to control their subscriptions according to their needs.
Currently, Shipturtle does not offer an option to pause an account. However, you can create a $29 recurring plan to maintain your data until you select a suitable plan. For assistance with this, please reach out to [email protected].
