Shipturtle provides a robust Review Feature that enables you to collect and manage vendor reviews on your Shopify store. This feature allows you to gain valuable insights into your vendors' performance. This knowledge base document will guide you through the process of setting up and using the Vendor Review feature.

Create Vendor Profiles
To start collecting reviews for your vendors, you need to create vendor profiles. Follow the steps outlined in this link to learn how to create vendor profiles using Shipturtle.
Customize Your Website
In the Shipturtle application, navigate to "Settings."
Under "Multi-Vendor Settings," click on "Customize Website."
Scroll down until you find the "Display Contact Us Tab" option and enable it. This step is essential to allow customers to submit reviews.
Collect Reviews on Your Shopify Website
Visit your Shopify website and navigate to the "Vendors" page.
Click on a specific vendor to view their profile.
You will now see a "Reviews" tab. Customers can use this tab to provide ratings and write reviews about the vendor’s products and services.
Approve and Reject Reviews
If customers submit reviews, you can easily manage them through your Shipturtle dashboard.
Navigate to "Vendor" and select "Approve Reviews."
From here, you can review the feedback provided by customers and choose to approve or reject reviews, ensuring that only relevant and appropriate reviews are displayed on your website.
