How to Use the Hyperlocal Feature
Activate the Hyperlocal Add-on
Go to Settings > Subscription and Billing
Activate the Hyperlocal module
Set Up Serviceable Radius for Warehouses
Go to Settings > Warehouses
Select the warehouse where you want the feature to work
Click on Edit
Enter the Serviceable Radius
Click on Fetch Rate
Shipturtle will automatically fetch all the zip codes/postcodes within the specified area
The products in this warehouse will only be visible to customers within these zip codes/postcodes
Set Zip Codes for Individual Products
Go to Products > Manage Products
Select any product
In the Zip Code section, add or edit the zip codes
Customer Experience
When a customer visits your website, Shipturtle will automatically detect their zip code.
Only the products available within their serviceable zip code will be displayed to them.
