Manage Vendor Page

Merchants can view the list of all approved and pending vendors. They can search for specific vendors, filter them, and manage actions such as editing, deleting, viewing, and activating or deactivating them. Merchants can add new vendors individually or in bulk using the export/import functionality.

From the hamburger menu on the top right of the page, merchants can view all users, warehouses, and previously uploaded files. Below, we will discuss everything a merchant can do in the vendor list.

1. Approved/ Pending

When a vendor registers through the vendor registration page, it appears in the pending tab for the merchant's approval. Once approved, the vendor listing moves from the pending tab to the approved tab.

2. Search Bar and Filters

Search or filter vendors to get a curated list.

3. Add vendor

Merchants can add vendors right from their dashboards.

4. Import/Export

Add or edit vendor lists and details in bulk.

5. Hamburger Menu

View all users, warehouses, and files uploaded earlier.

6. Vendor List

View the list of vendors along with their product count, sales, earnings, payouts, type, etc.

Note: Type denotes synced or unsynced vendors.

7. Action

Take actions like View, Edit, Delete, activate, and deactivate vendors.

View

View important details in the preview vendor like sales, earnings, payouts, users, warehouses, payment integrations, products, and Shipping partners.

Note: Clicking on brackets will redirect the user to a particular tab for a detailed view.

Edit

Edit vendor details by clicking on the pencil icon.

Delete

Delete vendors by clicking on the bin icon.

Note: When the vendor is deleted, its products will be removed from both the app as well as the website.

Active/Deactivate

Change vendor status using the active/deactivate dropdown. Deactivating a vendor makes all their products draft.
